⊙ GENUO ES-10T CNC Control

ES-10T is a new generation of performance bending control system of GENUO dedicated to electric servo press brakes.

The controller has rich interfaces, Configure

an easy-to-use angle and back gauge automatic control program. Powerful multi program storage and calling make bending of different complex workpieces more convenient.Featured encoder handwheel configuration. The machine can be easily adjusted in any mode.

▼ High precision ball screw

Genuo Pure Mini series press brakes use German IF heavy-duty ball screws to ensure the efficiency of the machine, maximize productivity and achieve high-precision bending operation.

▼ Electronic Control System

The electrical control system consists of several electrical components, including control system, power supply system, etc. The main functions are: automatic control, protection, monitoring and

measurement. They cooperate with each

other, greatly reducing the failure rate, is

an important part of the stable operation of the machine and safe operation.

▼ Servo Motor

Compared with other motors, servo motors

have the significant advantages of energy

saving, environmental protection and pollution-free, accurate and quiet operation,

fast slider speed, high production efficiency and low maintenance cost. The servo motor

driven bending machine does not use

hydraulic oil to transfer pressure, avoid

affecting the operating accuracy and speed,

Backgauge is a mechanical system whose main function is to interact with the CNC

controller of the press brake to precisely position the metal material for bending and forming.

Delem Controller Optional

New generation of DA-Touch controls offers a higher level of efficiency in programming,　 operation and control. DA-66T offers 2D programming, including automatic bending sequence calculations and collision detection, 3D visualization in simulation and production. DA-58T is an advanced complete 2D graphic control solution for synchronous press brake servo and inverter control. DA-53AT features industrial-grade multi- touch technology, high-resolution color TFT, industrial-grade multi-touch technology and access to a proven Delem user interface.
